Returns and Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges or issue refunds. All of our products are freshly handmade to order. Therefore, please be aware that all sales are final and cannot be exchanged or returned. Once you receive a shipping confirmation email that your package has been processed and ready to be shipped your order can not be cancelled.

Shipping and processing

Orders take 2-6 business days to process (timeframe does not including shipping); please add extra business days during holidays. 

Delivery Options

• USPS First Class: Delivery in 1-3 business days, tracking information included, insurance not included.
• USPS Priority Mail: Delivery in 1-3 business days, tracking info included, insurance included.
